Administrative Pastor: Junior Guy; Direct assistant to the Senior Pastor in providing oversight of the leadership of the various ministries of Word of Life, seeing to it that the Purpose & Vision of the church is adhered to.
Church Administrator: Annette Scoca; Oversight of Church Finances and office operations, Director of Volunteer Services, and Coordinator of Guest and Visitor Services.
Pastor Junior Guy: Administrative Pastor, District Pastor, Oversees: Food Pantry & Food Mobile, Transportation, Buildings and Grounds Maintenance, Ushers Ministry, Communion, Water Baptism, and Baby Dedications.
Pastor Joyce Guy: District Pastor, Oversees: History Makers School of Ministry, Care Groups, Marriage Kinships and Support Group, Media Ministry, Bookstore, and clerical supervisor.
Pastor Patti McCaskey: District Pastor, Israel & the Church Workshops, Oversees: Women Caring for Women, Greeters Ministry, and Love Thy Neighbor. Pastor Patti also serves as Wedding Planner and Event Coordinator.
Pastor Joell Perez: Pastor over Hispanic Ministries, Oversees: Evangelism Ministry and Hispanic Care Groups. Pastor Joell also serves as Prayer Counselor for the New Life Men's Center, and as a Teacher
Pastor Elizabeth Perez: Pastor over Hispanic Ministries, Assists Senior Pastor with special projects. Oversees: Evangelism Ministry, Community Resource Center, Translation Ministry and Summer Camp. Pastor Elizabeth also Leads a Worship Team and serves as a Counselor and a Teacher.
Pastor Kevin and Karen McLaughlin: Pastor Kevin is the Program Director of our New Life Center for Men here in Freeport, NY. In addition, along with his wife Karen, they together oversee the Children's Ministries and the Teen Ministry.

Assistant Pastor James Yako: Serves in the Community Resource Center, Teen Youth Group, and Teaching staff for both our ministry and Bible College.
